Rowena has done it again, this time Co-creating a beautiful 'Light' Technique by incorporating the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I first met Rowena in 2006 when she trained me in EFT Levels 1,2 and 3 and she has been my mentor ever since, this year I was lucky enough to be on the very first Emotional Freedom 'Light' Technique Course.

Once again she showed her ability to call in the highest vibrations of 'Light', taking EFT to a new and deeper level of understanding.During the course I experienced profound Healing by being able to clear past lives and ancestral patterns.

EFT changed my life. I first met Rowena when I was going through a very bad phase in an abusive relationship. EFT and Rowena enabled me to see what I needed to do in a very positive and strong way. Many of my friends commented on how well I dealt with the situation, It was all because of EFT.

During my level one weekend I was able to, during the tapping , realise where my phobia of bats had come from. I had never realised this before. As I was being tapped I pictured myself in my pram as a very young child with bats flying around my head. I can now sit on my garden with them, how incredible is that. After training with Rowena I used EFT whilst in Egypt to tap others who had claustrophobia before going down the shaft at ‘The Great Pyramid at Giza Egypt, everyone was able to go down the shaft. I was absolutely terrified of my father even though he was dead, this memory had stayed with me, until I had the healing of EIP.

The deeper and deeper Rowena took me into the healing I was amazed at the results, it turned out that when I was a child none of my expectations were met and none of my talents or abilities were allowed to blossom.
