EFT Training Level 1 also known as a Self-help day.

This course is for those who are new to EFT or for those who have some knowledge it is also a pre-requisite to EFT Level 2 Practitioner Training.

Thoroughly learn the technique and have the opportunity to clear your past programming and work on your own issues. Rowena’s courses are known to have reached profound levels for the individual. This is a special day for you.

EFT Training Level 2 Practitioner Training

Pre-requisite is to have attended an EFT Level 1 Course. Rowena acknowledges different learning styles and creates a relaxed and supportive environment for people to enjoy learning.

The AAMET accredited course includes syllabus, competencies and assessment. It is for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of EFT or become a Professional Practitioner. The course includes Manual and Certificate.

• Multiple issues & aspects
• Psychological Reversal in more depth
• Rapport and calibration skills
• Clearing past trauma
• Working with cravings and addictions
• Physical pain and chasing the pain
• Working with fear and the fear of the fear
• How to deal with abreactions
• Gentle techniques
• Practice the art of getting to core issues
• Re-framing and pre-framing
• Working by telephone and skype
• The power of intention
• Honouring your intuition
• Practical Training as well as further information and research

After completion of EFT Level 2 Practitioner Training you are required to present three case studies and complete a multiple choice test of which topics will be covered during the course as well as the majority of answers weaved into the manual for you to find! The test will be emailed to you after the course. On completion of assessment a Certificate will be issued and you will be able to get insurance cover as an EFT Practitioner. It is also a requirement of the AAMET that you gain 30 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) within a year and have supervision/mentoring either in a group (12 hours) or one to one (6 hours) for the year.

EFT Training Level 3 Advanced

The AAMET accredited course includes syllabus, competencies and assessment. The pre-requisite for the course is EFT Level 2. The course includes Manual and Certificate.

This course is for those who are ready to extend their knowledge and skills. Pre-requisite is to have worked with EFT on others for between 6 months - a year.

Level 3 covers many areas including:

• Challenging cases, Abreactions and Troubleshooting
• Complex cases such as ME, chronic fatigue & illnesses
• Working with Cancer clients
• Introduction to psychological disorders
• More on calibration skills
• More on Psychological reversal
• Transference, projection & outcome attachment
• The importance of Love and forgiveness
• Re-framing & Pre-framing
• The power of Intention
• Intuition and the further development of your unique style
• Fine tuning your methods
• The Artistry of EFT
• Working with groups
• Marketing tips
• The development of EFT & innovation
• Advanced Techniques
• All this and more will be delivered as well as further information and research.

The AAMET requires that after completion of the Level 3 course you submit 3 case studies (each of which includes a minimum of 3 sessions) or 2 case studies and your own practice review. You will also be required to continue your EFT study and gain 30 hours per year of Continued Professional Development (CPD). It is also a requirement that you have supervision/mentoring, this could be in a group (12 hours per year) or one to one (6 hours) this can also be by telephone or Skype.

Supervision / Mentoring

You are welcome to join my supervisory groups or arrange one to one sessions even if you have not trained with me.

Groups

We will decide the needs of the whole group at the start of the day, this is an opportunity be supported, discuss cases, worries and situations. Group therapy session. Learn form others experiences within the group. Details of new developments within EFT will be presented as well as further information and research.
