EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques

EFT A highly effective treatment system for the mind and body specifically designed to remove negative emotions by correcting the flow of energy through the Meridians.

A technique that can be applied to any problem; physical, emotional, past, present or future. EFT is amazingly effective, quick, gentle long lasting and often works when nothing else will. Scientifically proven successful.

What To Expect

The Practitioner will direct you to tap with your fingertips on various meridian points or tap for you mainly around the head area whilst you remain seated tuning into the problem, issues and aspects are gently released from the body's energy system. You often feel tingling or sometimes emotional or other sensations whilst the blocked energy is being released. It is usually a gentle process

Emotional Freedom 'Light' Techniques

This treatment /session is an extension of EFT using Ancient knowledge and Wisdom. We clear current patterns connected to past lives and soul contracts. This session has been designed by Rowena and she brings all her knowledge together within the session. Remarkable results have been achieved working with physical illnesses as well as emotional issues.

Matrix Reimprining & Matrix Birth Reimprinting

A cutting edge highly effective treatment session that has evolved from EFT. Created by EFT Master Karl Dawson.
