Easy Jet flies to Nice from many UK airports. There is also a BA flight from Heathrow. Transport within France Transport from Nice Airport is £60 each way by minibus for groups of 6-8 and proportionally more for smaller groups. Alternatively you can rent a car from the airport. If you would like to offer lifts to others and share petrol costs please let us know. The Monastery is about 100 km / 2 hours’ drive from Nice. There is also a local train service from Nice to a nearby town if the minibus is full. 
The Venue
The Monastere de Segries in Haute Provence in the foothills of the French Alps. This beautiful 18th century Monastery has been lovingly converted by owners Dhruv and Anne Marie to provide a beautiful oasis of calm for learning, healing, growth and the regeneration of health and life energy. It is situated amongst the olive groves and lavender fields of Haute Provence close to the picturesque village of Moustiere St Marie. The food is fresh, local and French. Need we say more! We will ask for a high proportion of vegetarian, fish and fowl based meals with freshly made juices. The kitchen will also cater for low-acid and gluten free diets. Your Regenerative Health Holiday The aim of this holiday is for you to take time in peace and great natural beauty to rest, revive and re-connect with yourself and what is really true for you at this time in your life. Dr Rosy Daniel - Regenerative Health Consultant
Rosy is one of Britain’s leading holistic doctors who offers proactive healthcare for the regeneration of positive health and happiness. Her healthcare approach combines sensitive, compassionate warmth with her own style of highly personalised holistic medicine. She is a passionate advocate for positive health and an inspirational teacher and healer. Her session fee is £180 per hour or £90 per half hour. 
Rowena Beaumont – Emotional Freedom Technique and Regenerative Healing
Rowena works with healing of emotions and the balancing of energy fields. She works to lighten current emotional pain and trauma, balance the energy system as well as working, if desired, on very deep levels to heal past lives and ancestral patterns. Rowena has had extensive training in many different healing modalities and mainly uses Emotional Freedom Techniques combined with energy balancing working with high frequencies of Light to enable a beautiful Regenerative Healing. Session fee £80 per hour. Rowena likes to work with you for 1.5 hours to combing EFT and Regenerative Healing. 
Jeremy Colledge – Qigong, Medical Qigong and Qigong Massage
Qigong means life-force energy and gong means skill. So Qigong is the skilful gathering, circulating and applying life-force energy to enliven and balance yourself in body, mind and spirit. Within the daily morning classes simple exercises are taught that you can take home for a personal practice. In Medical Qigong Jeremy works with those that are ill individually with the spiritually intelligent Xineng Qigong approach of Grand Master Dr Pang Ming to release, re-balance and raise your energy for personal healing. Qigong Massage if for pure relaxation and regeneration. Session fee £80 per hour. Outward bounding! There will be walks around the hills and valleys surrounding the Monastery. Trips to the lake for swimming, sailing and canoeing. We will go as a group to the local village markets on Wednesday and Saturday in Riez, and up to Mousitere St Marie too. |
